ICF is hiring a Program Associate to support research, analytics, documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination for PMU deliverables across cleantech manufacturing workstreams. The role involves desk research, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder tracking, meeting coordination, and programme documentation, while working with clients, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification and at least two years of relevant experience in solar rooftop projects. The position is based at the New Delhi Client Office (II88) and may require field travel and urgent programme reviews.
