Program Associate at Indigo Research

Indigo Research is hiring an In-Person Program Associate to support the planning, delivery, and operational close-out of in-person student research programs. The role covers program logistics, accommodation and excursion coordination, student interviews and records, vendor management, on-ground program support, and post-program administrative close-out. The Associate will work with the In-Person Program Lead, travel internationally, and be physically present during program periods, particularly in June–August and December. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with operational dashboards and project-management tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
