Description

The Program Associate supports the Senior Health Systems Advisor at Ipas, focusing on coordinating daily project implementation, developing and tracking activity budgets, and managing contracts. They organize meetings, coordinate consultant agreements, and handle reporting and dissemination of program materials. The role involves integrating reproductive health perspectives, providing strategic direction, and working with partners to achieve program objectives, including implementing training and awareness programs.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3 years of progress and relevant experience in Project Management, financial procedures and recording.
Experience in reproductive health care programs.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing grants, funds, and/or budgets.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with clear targets with minimum supervision.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience in relation to community mobilization, capacity building and formation of community groups.
Working knowledge of grants management.
Working knowledge of community entry strategies.
