Description

The Program Associate assists the Lost&Found Student Programs Manager in managing, recruiting, and implementing the Peer2Peer Mentoring Program and Campus Chapters. This includes supporting over 300 students, establishing communication with campus partners, recruiting and training peer mentors, coordinating referral systems, collaborating with various campus entities like fraternities, sororities, residence life, and academic advising to recruit at-risk students, collecting impact data, scheduling office hours, and assisting with mental wellness initiatives for the Lost&Found Chapter.

Required Previous Experiences: curriculum development and/or student organization leadership experience
