RTW Foundation is hiring a full-time Program Associate to lead the middle school track of its BioQuest STEM mentoring program in New York City. The role facilitates monthly inquiry-based enrichment events, builds relationships with approximately 50 middle school students, tracks attendance and growth, engages families, supports school and summer programming, and co-develops accessible STEM curriculum. It requires a bachelor's degree in education, science education, or a related field, 3–5 years of classroom teaching or structured youth education experience, curriculum development and educational theory knowledge, and strong facilitation, public speaking, classroom management, organization, and event logistics skills. The position is on-site/hybrid, pays $65,000–$80,000 annually, and includes benefits.
