Bancroft is hiring a full-time, in-person Direct Support Professional for its Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The role supports children with autism and disabilities by helping them develop daily-life skills, encouraging independence through personalized care plans, planning community events and outings, and communicating with residents, families, and guardians. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.19–$19.58 plus additional incentive, requires availability for specified overnight shifts and weekends, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a current driver's license, teamwork, and willingness to learn. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree and experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities are preferred.
