Bancroft is hiring a full-time, in-person Direct Support Professional for its Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, with various schedules including second shift and overnight shifts. The role supports children with autism and disabilities by helping them develop daily-life skills, encouraging independence through personalized care plans, planning community events and outings, and communicating with residents, families, and guardians. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, work well in teams, be willing to work weekends, and hold a current driver's license in good standing; associate or bachelor's degrees and experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities are preferred. The position pays $19.19-$19.58 per hour plus additional incentive and includes medical and dental insurance.
