Plug and Play is hiring a full-time Program Associate - Manager to launch and manage its Physical & Industrial AI Program in Linz, Austria. The role owns startup relationships, intake and exit interviews, mentor and partner networks, event and workshop logistics, marketing materials, newsletters, and community engagement. It is a build role in a new office, reporting to the Director and collaborating with Vienna, EMEA, and back-office functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and project-management skills, event-management expertise, German at native or C1 level, excellent English, startup or entrepreneurship experience as a plus, and willingness to relocate to Linz with a full-time working permit in Austria.
