The Program Associate supports the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation’s grantmaking Program Team under a Program Officer. The role is primarily administrative, involving grant documentation, workflow management in Fluxx, meeting and travel logistics, recordkeeping, and limited relationship and strategy support. It is intended for an early-career professional and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, with 1–3 years of nonprofit or philanthropic experience preferred. Compensation is $75,000–$93,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan.
