Sagesse is hiring a full-time Program Associate to provide administrative, logistical, relationship-management, and program-support services for intervention programming across Alberta. The role supports program delivery, partnership and peer-support sites, Real Talk workshops, volunteer coordination, data and scheduling, and office operations. It is primarily remote with hybrid flexibility, occasional evening and weekend work, provincial travel, and travel to the Calgary office at least twice per year. The position pays $51,000-$53,000 per year and reports to the Real Talk Coordinator.
