Description

NCOA is hiring a Program Associate, Workforce Development to support grant-funded workforce development programs, including SCSEP and the SCSEP Sector Strategy Grant. The role provides technical assistance, partner and grantee relationship management, program monitoring, reporting, compliance support, administrative and customer service, and coordination of meetings and travel. It is a short-term, temporary W-2 position funded through June 30, 2027, primarily office-based in Arlington, Virginia, with a hybrid schedule and approximately 10–20% travel.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: At least one year of experience providing technical assistance or in a related role
1–3 years of relevant experience in employment and training programs
Experience supporting nonprofit or grant-funded programs
Preferred Qualifications: Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, presentations, work groups, webinars, or communities of practice
Experience working with older adults, diverse communities, minority populations, low-income communities, or other underserved populations
