The Program Billing Specialist coordinates billing and collection for residential family support, Department of Children and Families, CBC, Social Security, Medicaid, scholarship, camping, thrift-store, and vehicle-sale programs. The role processes monthly invoices and payments, maintains aging and general-ledger reconciliations, follows up on uncollected charges, maintains contracts and billing procedures, and serves as backup for Medicaid and accounts payable duties. It is a full-time position paying $19.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
