PHINIA is hiring a Management Trainee for its Direct Purchasing Department at its plant in Izmir. The role is based on an 11-month fixed-term contract and requires a background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with interest in purchasing, supply chain management, and automotive processes. The trainee will develop sourcing, cost analysis, supplier management, analytical, communication, and project-management capabilities. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the country where the position is based; visa sponsorship is limited to certain business needs.
