Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Chief Engineer, Encryption Products to lead end-to-end engineering execution for advanced aerospace and defense encryption products. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages technical, cost, and schedule performance, supports staffing and program execution, and communicates risks and status to engineering, program, customer, and operations stakeholders. The position is on-site in Camden, New Jersey, follows a 9-80 schedule, and requires significant aerospace and defense engineering experience, NSA-certified cryptographic product leadership, EVMS, and a U.S. DoD SECRET clearance or higher.
