Description
Quadel is seeking a Program Compliance & Fraud Specialist to investigate allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse in affordable housing programs and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. The role reviews applicant and participant files, analyzes Enterprise Income Verification data, audits eligibility and income determinations, maintains investigation records, prepares findings and recommendations, oversees repayment agreements, and supports fraud policy and staff training. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of affordable housing or HUD-program experience, HUD regulatory knowledge, and the ability to obtain Housing Choice Voucher Specialist certification.
