Description
The Project Control Analyst 3 supports project teams from initiation through completion by monitoring schedules, milestones, budgets, expenditures, contract setups, and financial performance. The role develops Estimates to Complete and Estimates at Completion, analyzes variances and risks, prepares project and financial reports, maintains project documentation, supports government contract compliance, and provides training on project control systems. It requires 15+ years of experience in project control or project financial analysis with government service contracts, familiarity with FAR and DFAR, advanced Microsoft Excel, complex financial modeling, and U.S. citizenship.
