Northstrat, a GRVTY company, is hiring a Program Control Specialist V for a Department of Defense program. The role owns life-cycle financial control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and certification across Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus, and Time & Materials contracts. The specialist will partner with program leadership, integrate financial forecasts with risk management, and mentor junior analysts. Requirements include an active Secret clearance, at least 12 years of direct program control and financial analysis experience supporting major defense programs, extensive DoD contract experience, advanced EVM and Excel proficiency, and a proven record of EVMS compliance and certification. The position offers $100,000–$160,000 in Virginia and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
