Description
Forvia is hiring a program controller to manage financial controlling for automotive technology programs. The role covers program acquisition and forecasting, business-plan and budget alignment, KPI and variance analysis, reporting of R&D profit and loss, SAP master-data and WBS/internal-order creation, and support for monthly reporting, cost analysis, and ad hoc controlling projects. Candidates should have 3–5 years of controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing, a CMA or equivalent qualification, SAP experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
