The Program Controls Analyst monitors cost, schedule, and resource performance for development and labor engineering programs, tracks budget and forecast allocations, submits CDRL and Earned Value reports, interprets program performance data, and collaborates with engineering and PMO teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; a TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
