ISA is hiring a Program Controls Analyst to support Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams by monitoring cost, schedule, and resource performance and ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. The role focuses on reporting, analysis, earned-value and CDRL reporting, financial briefings, risk identification, and budget tracking. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. The compensation package includes a base salary of $85,000–$105,000 USD plus an annual performance bonus and benefits.
