AECOM is hiring a Program Controls Director to provide senior-level oversight of program controls for large-scale, complex transportation, water, and aviation programs. The role leads coordination across multiple projects, manages interdependencies, oversees project controls teams, implements control measures, conducts performance and risk analyses, and communicates with stakeholders and executive leadership. The position requires a BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business plus 12 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, including four years of leadership; 15 years of related experience, a master's degree, PMIS, and infrastructure controls experience are preferred.
