Description
AECOM is hiring a Program Controls Manager to manage water and wastewater programs across the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland area. Reporting to the VP Program Controls Practice Lead East, the role leads a program controls team and oversees project lifecycle controls for medium- to large infrastructure programs, including capital planning, project delivery, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, project controls systems, data management, reporting, and dashboard development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, and at least 7 years of program controls experience, with leadership experience and water, wastewater, and large-CAPEX project experience preferred.
