AECOM is hiring a Program Controls Manager to lead a Program Controls team supporting a five-year, $3.9 billion Capital Improvement Program for Chicago’s water services. The role manages budgets, schedules, cost and schedule performance, project controls systems, funding, risks, change, reporting, and program improvements, while leading sub-task managers and coordinating with the Program Manager and client delivery teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, offers relocation, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
