Description
The Program Controls Manager will establish and maintain cost and schedule control systems for government contracts, monitor program performance, manage budgets and forecasts, support Earned Value Management, analyze variances, prepare financial and program status reports, incorporate contract changes into baselines, and mitigate cost and schedule risks. The role requires experience with EVM, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, risk management, and government contracting requirements, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
