AECOM is hiring a Program Controls Scheduling Manager to support the B&P Tunnel Replacement Program in Baltimore, Maryland. The role focuses on construction schedule planning, utility coordination, force account management, schedule baseline and recovery analysis, time impact analyses, risk mitigation, progress reporting, and coordination with contractors, project managers, designers, and third-party stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree plus eight years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, and does not offer US employment authorization sponsorship or relocation.
