Description

PSESD is hiring a Program Coordinator to support a regional Grow Your Own Hub for paraeducators pursuing teacher certification. The role coordinates regional programs across PSESD, colleges, and districts; plans recruiting and onboarding activities; provides advising, mentorship, technical assistance, academic support, and candidate communications; and maintains program records and compliance documentation. The position may oversee other staff and requires program-coordination, participant-support, recordkeeping, communication, and educational-sector experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Community college or vocational school degree in a job-related field, or a high school diploma/GED with progressively responsible job-related experience, or an equivalent industry-specific certification.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience coordinating programs, services, events, trainings, workshops, or related activities.
Experience supporting applicants or participants with program applications or financial assistance.
Experience providing customer, participant, candidate, or community-facing support in a program or service environment.
Experience maintaining program records, data, expenditure, documentation, and electronic files and monitoring program activities for compliance.
Experience providing information, technical assistance, or support to program participants and stakeholders.
Experience providing or coordinating wraparound services or connecting participants with community resources.
Experience working with populations served by the program.
Experience working in an educational, public-sector, nonprofit, or community-based program environment.
