Description
BrightPath is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to lead a residential home serving adolescent males with intellectual and developmental disabilities and serious behavioral needs. The role provides in-ratio direct care, leads the team when the manager is absent, supports care plans and treatment plans, manages medication and documentation, participates in interdisciplinary planning, and maintains compliance with 245D and licensing standards. The schedule is four days per week, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, plus every other weekend and an on-call rotation, with pay of $30 per hour.
