BrightPath is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for a residential foster-care home serving adolescent females with challenging behaviors. The role provides in-ratio direct care, leads the team when the manager is absent, supports staff, manages medication and documentation, participates in interdisciplinary care planning, and maintains compliance with 245D and licensing standards. The schedule is four days per week, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, plus every other weekend and an on-call rotation, with pay of $30 per hour. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 60 days, along with retirement matching, training, certification support, and advancement opportunities.
