Description
The Program Coordinator supports the contingent worker lifecycle by assisting hiring managers, staffing specialists, and suppliers with interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding. The role also documents and tracks client issues, maintains worker assignments, communicates with clients, suppliers, and contingent workers, conducts research and analysis, provides program status reports, monitors contract SLAs, and ensures timely completion of new-hire paperwork. The position requires 0–2 or more years of staffing or MSP experience, a bachelor’s degree, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and strong analytical, documentation, customer service, communication, and time-management abilities. It is open to North American locations outside California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
