Benchmark Human Services is hiring a Program Coordinator for its Swedesboro office. The role supervises and trains direct-care staff, supports client Individual Service Plans and Person-Centered Plans, participates in direct care, completes documentation, coordinates home repairs and maintenance, communicates with stakeholders, assists with hiring and management of direct-care staff, and helps schedule medical appointments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, seven or more years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
