Big Ideas Educational Services is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to oversee multiple school-based after-school and youth development programs in Miami-Dade County. Reporting to the Program Director, the role supervises and develops Site Coordinators, monitors program quality and compliance, supports staff recruitment and training, manages operational reporting, and builds relationships with schools, families, and community partners. The position requires at least two years of leadership or supervisory experience, regular travel between sites, and occasional evenings, weekends, trainings, or special events.
