Description
The Program Coordinator provides administrative and program support for the Henry Institute and Pre-Law Program at Calvin University. Responsibilities include planning events, managing correspondence and websites, overseeing social media, supporting internships, assisting directors with budgets and scheduling, managing student workers, coordinating scholarship processes, maintaining library and data files, and supervising student assistants. The role is part-time at 0.5 FTE, with approximately 22–24 hours per week during the academic year and summer time off. A bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination is required, while academic administration and supervisory experience are helpful.
