Code for All is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to manage training programs from post-sale handover through completion, coordinate instructors, participants, platforms, materials, logistics, reporting, clients, and internal teams, and help build and manage the teaching workforce. The role also supports scalable delivery operations and requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, Portuguese and English communication skills, and a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week in Lisbon or the Alvalade office.
