Description
The Program Coordinator will support a three-year multinational program focused on improving artificial intelligence use and effectiveness among government agencies. Responsibilities include monitoring project outputs, preparing reports and training materials, coordinating budgets and events, scheduling meetings, documenting meeting notes and knowledge, and managing project tasks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant experience, budget and event-management experience, familiarity with monitoring and evaluation and artificial intelligence, and experience with remote or globally distributed teams. It is a full-time hybrid position based in the Washington, DC area, requiring in-person work at least two days per week, with a projected annual salary of $55,000 to $60,000 plus benefits.
