ERC Pathlight is hiring a Program Coordinator to provide direct care, supervision, milieu support, mealtime support, group facilitation, documentation, and patient transportation for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role follows a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning schedule and may require weekend, holiday, and on-call availability. Program Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or GED; Program Coordinator II requires one year of direct patient care experience; Program Coordinator III requires a behavioral health bachelor’s degree and six months of related experience. Compensation is $18.25–$29 USD in Illinois, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, retirement, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
