ERC Pathlight is hiring a Program Coordinator to provide direct care, supervision, and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role includes milieu management, de-escalation, bathroom and meal monitoring, group facilitation, documentation, transportation, and administrative support. It requires working weekdays, one weekend day per week, and on-call shifts, with Washington pay of $22.40–$31. Program Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or GED; PC II requires one year of direct patient care experience; PC III requires a behavioral health bachelor’s degree and six months of related experience.
