ERC Pathlight is hiring a PRN Program Coordinator to provide direct care, supervision, milieu support, mealtime support, group facilitation, documentation, and transportation for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role may be assigned to any ERC Pathlight local site and requires availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Program Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or GED; Program Coordinator II requires one year of direct patient care experience; Program Coordinator III requires a behavioral health bachelor’s degree and six months of related experience. Compensation in Maryland is $21.45–$29 USD, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, retirement, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
