ERC Pathlight is hiring a Program Coordinator to provide direct care, supervision, and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role includes milieu management, de-escalation, bathroom and meal monitoring, group facilitation, documentation, transportation, and administrative support. The schedule is part-time, midday 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Program Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or GED; PC II requires one year of direct patient care experience; PC III requires a behavioral health bachelor’s degree and six months of related experience. Compensation is $18.29–$29 per hour in Illinois, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, retirement, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
