Educational Alliance is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to support the administrative and clinical operations of a 100-bed, OASAS-licensed residential treatment facility. The role plans and implements program policies and activities, ensures compliance with OASAS and HRA standards, supervises motivational enhancement counselors and other program staff, oversees facilities and inventory, manages petty cash and client funds, coordinates coverage, and assumes responsibility for the site when the Clinical Director of Residential Services is absent. A high school diploma and CASAC are required, while a BA/BS in Human Services is preferred; at least three years of substance abuse experience is required, with residential experience preferred.
