Description
exalt is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator to manage youth participants through assessment, goal-setting, classroom support, internship placement, and coordination with schools, courts, probation officers, lawyers, and other external resources. The role will build and manage three program cycles per fiscal year, work with assigned Lead Teachers, and support retention and educational and employment outcomes. The position requires in-person work in downtown Manhattan and remote work as needed, with 18–20 hours per week expected at $38 per hour.
