HopeSource is hiring a full-time Energy Conservation Program Coordinator in Ellensburg, Washington, reporting to Jeremy Storrs. The role works with low-income families through home visits, energy conservation education, home audits, program intake, outreach, client intake, payment processing, reporting, and weatherization support. It requires strong communication, conflict resolution, confidentiality, computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to enter attics and crawlspaces; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
