Lifeline Connections is hiring a Re-entry Program Coordinator to support participants transitioning from custody through the Reentry Community Services and Outpatient Competency Restoration program. The role coordinates referrals and transition plans, maintains clinical and financial records, monitors regulatory compliance, provides treatment referrals, and represents the agency with community partners. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant college coursework, one year of experience working with adults or youth with co-occurring mental illness and substance use dependency, and Washington State credentials.
