Description
The Program Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and operational resource for an academic department or school, supporting faculty, students, departmental leadership, and campus partners. The role manages calendars, meetings, faculty onboarding and recruitment logistics, scheduling, budgets, procurement, facilities, events, records, communications, and institutional systems such as Workday and Canvas. It requires an associate's degree, two years of complex administrative or customer/client services experience, financial administration experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and enterprise systems.
