Description
Raising The Village is hiring a Program Coordinator in Bukoba, Kagera region, Tanzania, with a temporary location and 80% travel to field offices and districts. Reporting to the Head of Program Implementation and with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Program Manager, the role coordinates program planning and implementation, tracks work plans and financial reports, monitors performance and risks, supports district reporting and donor visits, facilitates workshops and training, and provides administrative support. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong project management and communication skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and Swahili for the operational context.
