Description
The Program Director supervises direct-care staff, including Counselors, Counseling Specialists, and Relief Counselors, and implements program policies and safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, scheduling coverage, coordinating resident planning and orientations, conducting evaluations, maintaining supplies, responding to emergencies, providing 24-hour on-call coverage, and participating in program meetings. The role reports to the Assistant Program Director and requires a high school diploma, with two years of managerial experience and an associate's degree preferred.
