Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Services Clinical Coordinator for the East Bay. The role coordinates the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments; oversees care quality and regulatory compliance; supports engaging activities; and builds relationships with families and external case managers. The position pays $45,760 per year plus overtime, requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, a current driver’s license, travel throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, and required licensure and training, and offers a full compensation and benefits package.
