Description
The Community Services Coordinator provides direct care to individuals receiving community-based services, coordinates service plans and treatment implementation, supports staff recruitment and scheduling, provides training and mentor support, and performs administrative and regulatory duties. The role may supervise staff in the absence of a manager or director, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of related work experience is preferred, and includes travel as needed and heavy physical work.
