The Program Coordinator manages and coordinates programs and projects for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service and personal futures plans, scheduling screenings, monitoring service delivery and regulatory compliance, documenting consumer progress, managing budgets and claims, supporting staff recruitment and retention, overseeing hiring and performance evaluations, and developing relationships with funding sources. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience, at least two years of developmental-disability services experience, and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
