Description
The Program Coordinator manages and coordinates programs and projects for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service and personal futures plans, scheduling screenings, monitoring service delivery and regulatory compliance, documenting consumer progress, managing budgets and claims, supporting staff recruitment and retention, and developing relationships with funding sources. The role requires a BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services, or an equivalent education and experience combination, at least two years of verifiable developmental-disability services experience, and one year of supervisory experience preferred. The listed pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with full-time compensation and benefits.
