Description
ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate programs and projects for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role develops and monitors service and personal futures plans, schedules screenings, trains and supervises staff, maintains compliance and records, manages budgets and claims, supports recruitment and retention, and develops relationships with funding sources. The position pays $19.00 per hour and requires a relevant bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience, plus at least two years of developmental-disability services experience; one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
